Art Nouveau Silver from Georg Jensen of Denmark

Though Georg Jensen from Denmark died in 1935, his silverware, holloware and jewelry pieces are still sought after and highly collectable examples of the silversmith’s craftsmanship.

Tremendously successful during his lifetime, Georg Jensen opened outlets in Denmark, London, Paris, Stockholm and New York. He encouraged his designers and artisans to explore their own styles and expression, which gives many of the vintage pieces their unique look. Collectors seek out the Art Nouveau silverware, the hip and unique jewelry, and the holloware pieces for their table settings and personal collections.

Today, Georg Jensen is a Denmark based corporation, still working to craft the finest silver pieces in the world, based on their founder’s belief in artistry in design and excellence in workmanship.
