A Georg Jensen Brooch Equals Style and Taste

When a Georg Jensen brooch is worn, the wearer is automatically associated with good taste, excellent style, and an appreciation of artistry.

Georg Jensen was originally a fine arts sculpture student in Copenhagen during the early part of the twentieth century. His lack of commercial success as an artist led him to open a silversmith studio that specialized in flatware, holloware and jewelry. He was an almost immediate success, and today many of his pieces are actively and aggressively sought after.

Some of the most collectible pieces made by Georg Jensen and his other artists are jewelry pieces, ranging from cuff links and earrings to bracelets and brooches. Georg Jensen brooches are made in a variety of design styles, such as Art Nouveau, Art Deco, or even a modern or “pop” art style, but any brooch will be finely made with high quality materials and techniques and is sure to be a favorite within any jewelry collection.
